Returns

 

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags attached to the garment and unworn, should this not be the case, unfortunately, your item will be returned kindly back to you.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have issued your refund. We issue refunds within 10-14 working days from receipt of your return, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/ debit card or original method of payment.

Once your refund has been processed, please allow 1–3 working days for it to appear in your bank account.

If you haven’t received it yet, we recommend checking your bank again first. If it’s still not showing, your card provider may simply need a little extra time to update the refund on your statement.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked delivery service or adding shipping insurance when returning your item, to ensure it arrives safely back to us.
